Wit an annual contribution of ₦3,000 per person, you can benefit the following
Healthcare
The benefit package covers most disease at primary level of care. We offer a friendly, convenient, accessible and professional service
Admission
Some selected cases require admission or surgery, such benefit package will be made available in due course to registered members
Qualified Doctors
We take pride in offering the highest standard of medical care to our registered members in recognized hospitals
Annual Contribution
The annual contribution is just Three Thousand Naira (₦3,000) per person

Schemes so far
Misau LGA Scheme
The maiden launch of this programme was done on the 26th November, 2016 in Misau with 1,100 beneficiaries. And currently 1,057 beneficiaries are receiving treatment under this scheme at the General Hospital Misau. The total enrollees in Misau LGA since inception of the programme is 2,157.
Katagum LGA Scheme
The 2nd phase of our community social health insurance programme was launched on Monday 2nd July 2018 at the Emir’s Palace Azare, with 2,509 beneficiaries. Presently 589 enrolles are accessing health care at General Hospital, Azare.
